To Register For Class

You may register by completing a registration form, and signing a copy of the student rules, and returning both along with a check for $50.00 or your credit card information to us.  (We accept VISA, MasterCard).  This may be mailed to the following address:

To Obtain The Student's Driver Ed. Permit

From the Bureau Of Motor Vehicles:
Students must be registered in a driver education program and you will need the following items:

• A pink slip (CDE or Certification by Driver Education Instructor)     Once a student is enrolled in our class and we are within 21 days preceeding the class date we will issue to you this pink slip.
• The student's original birth certificate - from heath dept. with state seal.
• The student's social security card
• A student ID if available
• A report card that is sent to the home address or a bank statement in the student's name.  Must have name and address.
• BMV license fee is $9.00

The student must be accompanied by a parent to take the required simple eye test and get his or her picture taken for the driver education permit. 

The parent or guardian will be asked by the BMV to sign a financial responsiblity form.
